This oven dish is really multi-functional. As the name suggests, it is oven-proof and so can be used to bake things like crumbles or cottage pie. It is also useful for serving vegetables or salads. Hand-thrown in red earthenware clay, and decorated with white slip incised with ‘sgraffito’ decoration of my ‘little bird with leaves’ design.
