An ‘oven to table’ dish that shows off your lasagne to its best advantage and keeps the food warm, as the clay retains the heat. If you are cooking for many people, this is also good for other bakes such as crumbles and fish pie. The base is slab rolled and textured with a specially designed mat. The top is hand-thrown on the wheel and then altered to fit the shape of the base, with handles added later. A pot for many happy shared meals!
